My background spans US GAAP accounting, financial planning & analysis, data analytics and cloud FinOps. I have designed enterprise data systems at PwC and built cloud billing at Effectual.

Good questions to ask before an engagement.

How do you charge?

Audits are fixed-price. Build work is billed at a daily rate, usually two to three days a week, against an agreed scope and estimate. No long-term lock-in.

Do you work with our existing stack and team?

Yes. I start from what you already run and only recommend changes that clearly pay off. I work alongside your engineers or your finance team and hand everything over with documentation.

Is it only AWS?

Most of my recent builds are AWS-native, but architectures are designed around your needs and the tools you already use.

How do you handle data security and confidentiality?

Your data stays in accounts you own, with access limited to what the project needs. I am happy to sign an NDA before we look at anything sensitive.

Do you work remotely, and in English?

Yes. I work remotely on Paris time with clients across France and the United States, in English or French.

Can you also help with finance and reporting?

Yes — that is the point of a finance and data background. From KPI definitions to month-end reporting automation, I can work with your CFO or accountant directly.
